Hello :) So after 3 weeks I took a little break for 5 days. Put my diet and exercise on a halt. Gained 3lbs, but that’s okay. Most of it is water retention because of all the sodium I’ve been eating. This is a good thing because I revved up my metabolism a bit, which I could already feel was slowing down from the three weeks. I’ll be in the 140’s in no time. :)
Good to be back btw. I was getting really bored. When I wasn’t on my diet plan I was like “omgoshhh I don’t know what to eat” so most of the time I’d only have like one or two meals a day. LOL.
